How it works

From topic to published LinkedIn post

01

Research before writing

HERALD gathers current data, market context, and competing takes on your topic before drafting a word. Every statistic in your post traces back to a source, so you are never asked to approve a claim nobody can verify.

02

Written for LinkedIn, not adapted to it

Posts open with a hook in the first line, the part readers see before tapping "see more". Paragraphs stay short for mobile feeds, hashtags stay strategic and sparing, and formatting symbols are stripped automatically because LinkedIn renders plain text only.

03

Reviewed, approved, published

Each draft is scored against your brand voice and fact-checked against your own knowledge base before it reaches you. Authorized reviewers and test accounts can approve and publish through LinkedIn's official API while Standard Tier access is pending.

Platform specifics

Built for how LinkedIn works

Personal and company page posting

The integration is built to route posts to a personal profile or an organization page you admin. During Development Tier, the official login remains available only to LinkedIn reviewers and authorized test accounts.

Plain text done right

LinkedIn does not render bold or italic markup, so HERALD never sends it. Posts are structured with line breaks and clean typography instead of formatting artifacts that show up as stray asterisks.

Images, documents, and video

Attach up to 10 images to a single post, publish a PDF as a native LinkedIn document, or post video. HERALD can generate on-brand images itself or use media you upload.

Human in the loop

Nothing publishes without you

HERALD drafts, reviews, and fact-checks on its own, but it does not publish on its own. Every LinkedIn post lands in your review queue first, where you approve it, edit it inline, or send it back with notes. The in-app connection remains active for LinkedIn reviewers and authorized test accounts. General customer availability is still pending.

LinkedIn questions, answered

Can HERALD post to my LinkedIn company page?

The company-page flow is built, but customer access is not generally available yet. LinkedIn reviewers and authorized test accounts can exercise it while myHERALD waits for Community Management API Standard Tier access.

Will my LinkedIn posts look AI-written?

HERALD writes from your brand voice guide and your own knowledge base, follows LinkedIn conventions like a strong first line and short paragraphs, and never leaves markdown artifacts in the text. Every draft is also reviewed for voice and accuracy before you see it, and you always have the final edit.

Does anything publish without my approval?

No. Every post lands in your review queue first. You approve it, edit it inline, or send it back with notes. HERALD only publishes after your explicit approval.

Can HERALD attach images or documents to LinkedIn posts?

Yes. A single post can carry up to 10 images, and PDFs publish as native LinkedIn documents. HERALD can generate on-brand visuals itself or use images you upload.

Put LinkedIn on autopilot, keep the final say.

HERALD researches, writes, and publishes. You review and approve. That is the whole deal.
