Working with HERALD
Campaigns
A campaign is a coordinated push. A product launch, a hiring sprint, a conference, a fundraise. It runs alongside your regular cadence and keeps every related post on the same message.
Every campaign has an objective, a few key messages, target platforms, and a date range. Posts tagged to the campaign inherit that context, so drafts stay on message even if you spread them across three weeks and four platforms.
Creating a campaign
Go to Campaigns → New campaign. Fill in the brief.
| Field | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Name and objective | What the campaign is and why you are running it. Appears in chat whenever HERALD drafts a linked post. |
| Key messages | The 3 to 5 ideas that must land. HERALD checks every draft against these before sending it to you. |
| Platforms | Where the campaign lives. HERALD uses the right skill for each. |
| Date range | Scheduling window. Drafts outside the window are not counted in the campaign. |
| Reference links | Press releases, landing pages, launch announcements. HERALD reads them and uses them as context. |
