Exporting content and reports

Exporting takes your content and reports out of myHERALD as a Google Doc, PDF, CSV, or Excel file, so you can share them, archive them, or work on them somewhere else.

How it works

Content and analytics open a modal where you pick which sections to include, with a live preview of what the file will contain. The other surfaces are format-only: you choose the file type and the export runs. PDFs are generated with a branded letterhead and real tables (not flattened images), so they read like a finished document. Analytics exports add CSV and Excel on top, with a sheet per section.

Requirements

Exporting to Google Docs needs the Google Docs integration connected first. See the Google Docs integration guide to set that up.
