Troubleshooting

| Drafts sound generic | Add 5 to 10 writing examples to the Knowledge Hub, tighten your Brand voice skill, then approve the next few drafts with inline edits. |
| Wrong facts in a draft | Open the research sidebar on the review page. The cited Knowledge Hub entry may be outdated. Update it and run the draft again. |
| A skill did not apply | Skills are scoped. Check that the skill's platform, content type, and tag match the card. If the skill body is empty, HERALD cannot apply it. |
| Publishing failed | Go to Settings → Integrations. A red dot means the connection needs attention. Click Reconnect. For X / Twitter: authorization does not expire on a schedule, so a reconnect is only needed if you revoked the app or changed your password. |
| A recurring task stopped | Check the Tasks page in the sidebar. A failed run shows an error badge. Fix the cause (often a credential issue) and HERALD retries on the next scheduled run. |
| Need to report a bug | Use the in-app feedback form. You can attach screenshots directly in the form to help the team reproduce the issue faster. |
