Team and roles
Every workspace supports a team with four role levels. Invite people from Settings → Team. They get an email and land straight into your workspace when they sign up.
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing, deleting the workspace, and transferring ownership. |
| Admin | Configure skills, knowledge, platforms, and tasks. Invite and remove teammates. |
| Editor | Chat, review, approve, publish. Cannot change workspace settings. |
| Viewer | Read only. Good for stakeholders and execs who want visibility without friction. |
Only Owners and Admins can see and manage this tab.
