Teaching HERALD
Knowledge Hub
The Knowledge Hub is your reference library. Anything HERALD should cite lives here: product specs, customer quotes, stats, market research, competitor notes. When HERALD drafts a post, it searches the Hub for the passages that fit the topic and folds them in, with the source attached.
Seven categories to sort by
| Category | Use for |
|---|---|
| Statistic | Hard numbers you want cited. Attach a URL so HERALD can verify it. |
| Testimonial | Customer, advisor, or press quotes. Include attribution. |
| Writing example | Posts you want HERALD to write more like. Used as a voice reference. |
| Company info | Mission, positioning, team bios. The “about us” HERALD can quote. |
| Industry insight | Longer analysis HERALD can reference when writing about trends. |
| Reference doc | Any PDF, Word file, or spreadsheet. Text is extracted automatically. |
| Product knowledge | What a feature does, who it is for, the language you use to describe it. |
