Working with HERALD

Review

Every draft lands in Pending and waits for you. Click any card to open the review page.

Four things you can do with a draft:

  • Edit inline. Click any paragraph and type. Each edit creates a new version, nothing is overwritten, and you can jump back to any previous version from the history panel.
  • Approve and publish. Ship now, or schedule. HERALD publishes through your connected account and saves the live URL on the card.
  • Send back with feedback. Pick a reason (tone, facts, off-brand, format, phrasing) and leave a short note. HERALD produces a new version with that feedback baked in.
  • Reject. Kills the draft. Your feedback still gets logged, so the same issue does not come back.

Feedback that actually teaches HERALD

Specific feedback speeds up the learning curve. Instead of “I don't like this,” try “Too promotional. Lead with the problem, not the product.” HERALD files that note and consults it on the next relevant draft, so the correction happens once instead of every week.
