Pipeline

Every piece of content in your workspace lives on a single board. The Pipeline is your at-a-glance view of where things stand: what HERALD is working on, what is waiting on you, what is scheduled, what went live this week.

Cards move through the columns automatically as HERALD progresses. You only drag a card yourself if you want to override the flow, for example pulling a scheduled post back into Pending to rework it.

Filtering the board

Use the filter bar to narrow by platform, content type, tag, campaign, or date range. Common saved views (My drafts, This week, Needs review) are pinned above the columns. Create your own from any filter combination.
