Account

Your personal account settings: name, email, avatar, default workspace if you are a member of more than one. This tab exists for every user regardless of role.

Change anything here and it applies everywhere you are signed in.

Comments inbox

The comments inbox toggle controls whether HERALD collects comments on your published posts for this workspace. When on, HERALD polls your connected platforms for new comments and surfaces them in the inbox so you can triage and reply without leaving the dashboard. When off, polling stops and no new comments are fetched (existing ones stay in the inbox). See Comments inbox for details on triage, drafting replies, and platform coverage.

Account retention

Canceling a paid subscription downgrades the account after the current billing period; it does not itself delete your data. myHERALD may delete downgraded, free, or expired-trial accounts that show no activity for 12 consecutive months. Before any deletion, two advance notices are sent to the account email address: one 30 days before the scheduled deletion date and one 7 days before. Signing in to myHERALD at any point cancels the deletion and resets the inactivity clock. Accounts with an active paid subscription are never deleted for inactivity.

You can export your data or delete your account at any time. Account deletion begins immediately and cannot be undone, so export anything you need before confirming it.
